The studio
Four areas. Eight houses. One person on the phone.
Ruang is a four-person agency. We take on a house when we think we can describe it honestly, and we turn down more than we accept. Every listing is measured on site, photographed in natural light, and written by the agent who will show it to you.
Where we work
Hillside
An elevated wooded slope of post-war houses, deep overhangs and long views. Quiet streets, no through traffic.
Foundry Quarter
A former industrial district of brick warehouses and steel windows, now converted lofts and dark-brick infill houses.
Linden Park
Established garden squares under mature plane trees. White render, brick walls, generous rear gardens.
Saltmarsh
The coastal edge. Timber cladding, dune grass and salt light. Houses raised against the tide line.
