Saltmarsh House

A timber house raised on piers above the dune grass, clad in cedar left to weather. One large window faces the water; the rest are small and deliberate.

Whitewashed pine inside. The deck is replaced roughly every fifteen years and should be budgeted for — we would rather say so now.
